Sync Product Data Using Windows Scheduler

As we know about importing the Product data using import Product process which has to be done manually. We can now sync the Product data automatically based on windows scheduler.

User will have to schedule the batch file using Task Scheduler which will sync Product data automatically into Sage CRM based on scheduled time.

If user wants to keep Product data updated on daily, weekly or monthly basis then user can run scheduler (on daily, weekly or monthly basis ) by scheduling the utility. Before running scheduler, user will have to follow below steps –

1. Edit ‘GT_SyncProduct’ batch file from ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Greytrix\GUMU for Sage CRM - Sage X3\Windows Scheduler’

2. Edit the below details in that file :– a. Sage CRM URL – Enter the Sage CRM URL (like http://grey087/CRM2017R3/eware.dll)

   b. Sage CRM User Name – Enter Sage CRM username

   c. Sage CRM Password – Enter Sage CRM password

   d. Sage CRM Instance Name – Enter Sage CRM Instance name

   e. Sage X3 Folder – Enter the Sage X3 Folder which is integrated with GUMU™ Integration.

3. Save the file

4. Run ‘GT-SyncProduct’ with Run as Administrator which will import Product data from Sage X3 to Sage CRM or you can schedule under Windows Task Scheduler.
