# Mapping Checkbook and Sage Intacct banks
***Why this is needed?***\
The banks needs to be mapped between Checkbook and Sage Intacct.
***How it is done?***\
In order to map the bank use the Checkbook Account screen.\
Navigation path - Checkbook > Checkbook Accounts > New Checkbook Account.
#### Field setting
| **Field** | **Description** |
| -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Checking Account** | Select the checking account as defined in Sage Intacct.
In case of multi environment, from top-level checking account selection will list accounts defined at top level and shared accounts. For restricted accounts and accounts created at entity level the mapping must be created at entity level for which the account is created.
