Configure GUMU™ Module:

  • Open the CRM Configuration screen from “GUMU™->GUMU™ Options”.

Field Name

Description

Username

Enter the valid user name of Sage CRM (admin level with web service access)

Password

Enter the password of Sage CRM for configured Sage CRM user

CRM Url

Enter the valid Sage CRM Url. It should be in below format. (http://CRMSERVERName/CRMInstance/eware.dll)

Note: Enter URL till eware.dll.

Synchronization Settings for Customer

Inactive: User can check this checkbox if he wants to disable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM.

Customer: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer.

Customer Contact: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer Contact.

Customer Ship-To Address: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer Ship-To Address.

Synchronization Settings for Vendor

Vendor: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer.

Vendor Contact: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Vendor Contact.

Vendor Address: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Vendor Address.
