Open the CRM Configuration screen from “GUMU™->GUMU™ Options”.
Field Name | Description |
Username | Enter the valid user name of Sage CRM (admin level with web service access) |
Password | Enter the password of Sage CRM for configured Sage CRM user |
CRM Url | Enter the valid Sage CRM Url. It should be in below format. (http://CRMSERVERName/CRMInstance/eware.dll) Note: Enter URL till eware.dll. |
Synchronization Settings for Customer | Inactive: User can check this checkbox if he wants to disable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM. Customer: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer. Customer Contact: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer Contact. Customer Ship-To Address: This checkbox will enable real-time update from Sage100 – Sage CRM for Customer Ship-To Address. |
