Rent Manager Deposits

Synchronize Deposits from Rent Manager to Sage Intacct

Consolidate multiple payments into deposits as posted in Rent Manager. Deposits are recorded in the Rent Manager. Single Deposit can include multiple payments from different Tenants. While generating Deposits in Sage Intacct same payments will be searched and included in Deposits.

Using the deposit information from Rent Manager; payments (Other Receipts) will be searched using payer, the transaction number and payment date. All payments founds will be grouped and posted as Deposits in Sage Intacct.

While creating other receipts payments were recorded into an undeposited fund account, but when Deposits are created payments will be received into the desired bank account. Deposits from the Rent Manager will show the Bank Account number to which deposits were made.
