To promote a quote from Sage CRM to Sage X3

Similarly, the user can promote quotes to Sage X3 by following the same steps as mentioned for Promote Order.

Note- While creating a Quote for normal products (other than Service Items) in Sage CRM using GUMU™, it is mandatory that the product should exist at the selected site. If the product is not available at the site then the user won’t be able to move forward with adding a line Item.

Multi-Currency Support

Sage CRM users can promote Sales quotes and Orders from Sage CRM to Sage X3 using different currencies. Please note that those currencies should be defined in Sage X3 and Sage CRM. Once currencies are defined in both Sage CRM and Sage X3, the admin user will have to import all the products using the Import Product routine.
