Sage Intacct Credit Memo

The Credit Memo created in Sage Intacct will integrate into Avalara. Then, Avalara will calculate the Tax of the respective Credit Memo on the basis of its Subtotal. This tax amount will be back updated into the Credit Memo as a line amount termed as 'Charge' or 'Tax'. The Total amount of the Credit Memo will be updated accordingly

GUMU™ Cloud portal: Login to GUMU™ Cloud Portal > Sage Intacct - Avalara Integration > Synchronization > Click on Sync Credit Memo from Sage Intacct to Avalara

Avalara: Login to Avalara > Transactions > Transactions > Click on a Credit Memo
