GUMU™ Cloud
Use GUMU™ cloud portal to setup the integration. Provide credentials for both connectors i.e. Sage Intacct and Shopify. And setup desired execution schedules.

Note: For testing purpose, integration is available on staging environment with a different address.
Integration is already added here but credentials for connectors needs to be provided. Depending upon testing/production environment, system credentials needs to be applied here.

Fill integration configuration required for the integration to execute successfully.
Sage Intacct Fields setting
Field | Description |
Web service URL | Sage Intacct Web Service endpoint Url. This is fixed URL copy the below URL and paste in your configuration. (https://api.intacct.com/ia/xml/xmlgw.phtml) |
Company | Enter your Sage Intacct Company ID |
Sender User ID/Password | Enter your Sage Intacct Sender User ID and Password |
User ID | Enter your Sage Intacct web service User ID. Steps to create web service user in Sage Intacct is given in the pre-requisite section. |
Password | Enter your Sage Intacct web service users password |
Entity | Enter your Sage Intacct Entity ID. In case of multi-entity environment; it will point to top level i.e.; 0 |
Shopify Fields setting
Field | Description |
Webservice Url | Copy the Webservice Url from Example url (i.e. till shopify.com) which is configured in Shopify Admin Api screen. |
Store name | The store created at the time of login. |
API Version | The latest version of webhook API, which is selected at the time of private app creation. |
API password | Copy the Password from the screen which is configured at the time of private app creation. |
API Key | Copy the Key from the screen which is configured at the time of private app creation. |
Synchronization Processes: Setup Schedules in GUMU portal to synchronize the data at desired interval.
Manual and Schedule Processes/Jobs:
The integrations created will have a set of Processes, which represent the synchronization of information between the selected systems. Every plugin will has its own set of Entities for e.g.; Customers, Transactions from Sage Intacct and Customers, Transactions from Shopify. These entities are mapped between the integrated systems to form a particular Process.

Customers From Intacct to Shopify | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Customers from Intacct into Shopify will start the sync process of moving Intacct Customers into Shopify. |
Customers From Shopify to Sage100 | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Customers from Shopify into Intacctwill start the sync process of moving Shopify Customers into Intacct. |
Product Category from Intacct into Shopify | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Product Category from Intacct into Shopify will start the sync process of moving Intacct Product Category into Shopify. |
Products from Intacct into Shopify | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Products from Intacct into Shopify will start the sync process of moving Intacct Products into Shopify. |
Product Inventory From Intacct into Shopify | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Product Inventory from Intacct into Shopify will start the sync process of moving Intacct Product Inventory into Shopify. |
Orders from Shopify into Intacct | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Orders from Shopify into Intacct will start the sync process of moving Shopify Orders into Intacct . |
Invoices From Intacct to Shopify | Clicking on Sync option of Sync Invoices from Intacct into Shopify will start the sync process of moving IntacctInvoices into Shopify . |
Logs: Data synchronization detail can be viewed in Logs. There is an option to export these into excel.
