Order Creation and Promotion

To promote the Order into Sage Intacct, navigate to the GUMU™ Integration’s Orders tab. Here we can select the Salesforce Order, set the Order Due date, and use the Promote Order button at the top right of the screen.

Note: Fill in the details for UOM, Warehouse, and location for the Order product.

Once you click on the Order Number from the Order’s Tab which has been generated from the Quote, make sure you enter the Order End Date before promoting the Order.

Once you click on the “Promote Order” button, an ERP Sales Order Number will be generated, to view the Order in Sage copy the “ERP Order Number” field data.

To view the created Order in Sage, copy the “ERP Order Number” field data.
