This process syncs Sage CRM Sales Orders to QuickBooks. Sales Orders can only be added from Sage CRM to QuickBooks but cannot be updated. Note: The user used for creating transactions in Sage CRM must be different from the user used in the GUMU™ Configuration.
Sage CRM: Navigation: Click ‘+’ > Orders
GUMU™ Cloud Portal: Sync Sales Orders from Sage CRM to QuickBooks
QuickBooks: Navigation: Customers > Sales Order Fulfilment Worksheet
Double click on the order you want to view
