Dashboards and Charts functionality

In GUMU Integration, we are now providing the user with a perspective for data visualization, information management, and business intelligence. With the help of the Dashboards and Charts, the data is organized, stored, and displayed important information from multiple data sources in one, easy-to-access place. Greytrix is providing GUMU users with dashboards and charts on both Global and individual customer levels.

ERP Global Dashboard

In ERP global dashboard, we present the graphical representation of Sage X3 overall sales data on a real-time basis by tracking and comparing them in one place. The ERP global dashboard will be found on the Sage CRM home dashboard screen

An ERP Global Dashboard demonstrates the below details from Sage X3 real-time in Sage CRM depending upon the Current and previous year.

  1. Top 20 Customer Sales – Current Year vs Previous Year

  2. Monthly Sales for Year

  3. Top 10 Sales by Product Family

  4. Top 10 Sales by Salesperson

In ERP global dashboard we are also showing the Node-Red service status. As shown in the above image, if the node-red service is functional, we depict the message as "Page is up!".

When any user's come across the "Page is down" message on this screen. It indicates that the node-red service is down. We have documented the steps in the installation guide. Refer to the 'Node-Red setup and installation' section from Chapter 7 of the installation guide.

Customer Dashboard

In the Customer dashboard, we present the graphical representation of Sage X3 individual customer sales data on a real-time basis by tracking and comparing them in one place. The Customer dashboard is located under the Company Dashboard tab.

A Customer Dashboard demonstrates the below details from Sage X3 real-time in Sage CRM depending upon Current and previous years.

  1. Customer Sales - Current Year vs Previous Year Sales

  2. Monthly Sales for Year

  3. Sales by Product Family

  4. Sales by Salesperson

Charts on Company Summary Screen

On the Company summary screen, we are displaying charts that intend to make customer information easier to understand. The chart data of a Customer is presented under the Sage X3 panel present on the Company summary screen.

There are two types of charts that appear in Sage 100 real-time data on the screen

  • Monthly Sales

In the Monthly Sales chart, we display customer sales information on a monthly basis for the current year. For a better understanding consider the below Image. Also, we are displaying different types of graphs (like Bar, Donut, Pie, and Point) so that users can view the sales data as per their graphical preference.

  • Sales by Product Family

In Sales by Product family, we present product family sales data for respective customers based on the current year. Refer to the below Image. Similar to the monthly sales chart, we are displaying different types of graphs (like Bar, Donut, Pie, and stack) so that users can view the sales data as per their graphical preference.
