QuickBooks Configuration

Field	Description
Web Service URL	Enter QuickBooks Static IP with port no URL
Filepath	Enter QuickBooks qbw file path including filename.qbw at the end.
Company ID	Enter user defined Company ID same as added in integration configuration above.

Steps for QuickBooks test connection:

• After clicking Test Connection button, QuickBooks application will open. Select File > Open or restore company then the following below screen will appear. Select Open a company file and click on next.

• Click on ok button then QuickBooks will display “QuickBooks-Application Certificate” as follows.

• For further processing, you need to select highlighted option as shown above then following “QuickBooks Integration-Authorization” screen will display, please click on “Yes” button.

• Further click on “Done” for Access Confirmation.

• If QuickBooks Company file has multiple users, then you can select any user from list as shown in following picture.
