# QuickBooks Configuration

| **Field**       | **Description**                                                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Web Service URL | Enter QuickBooks Static IP with port no URL                                     |
| Filepath        | Enter QuickBooks qbw file path including filename.qbw at the end.               |
| Company ID      | Enter user defined Company ID same as added in integration configuration above. |

**Steps for QuickBooks test connection:** 

* After clicking Test Connection button, QuickBooks application will open. Select File > Open or restore company then the following below screen will appear. Select Open a company file and click on next.

* Click on ok button then QuickBooks will display “QuickBooks-Application Certificate” as follows.

* For further processing, you need to select highlighted option as shown above then following “QuickBooks Integration-Authorization” screen will display, please click on “Yes” button.

* Further click on “Done” for Access Confirmation.

* If QuickBooks Company file has multiple users, then you can select any user from list as shown in following picture.
