Rev.io GL Reports
Rev.io Journals Import
This will import report data (720 Journal Account Details and 720 Journal Account - Tax Breakdown) from Rev.io and will generate journal entries in Sage Intacct.
To import data go to Rev.io.
Click on Report Tab > Click on Report List
Click on Shared Report > Search for QRT 720 Journal Account Details> Click on that report
Select Date range Start date – End date > Click on Run report.
Click on Shared Report > Search for QRT 720 Journal Account - Tax Breakdown > Click on that report
Select Date range Start date – End date > Click on Run report.

Click on Rev.io GL Reports
It is recommended to execute the process manually by specifying the date range. Users will have the flexibility to adjust the date range and then execute the import process.
2. If user do not wish to post entries in Sage Intacct, set the state to Draft. User can verify and then post from Sage Intacct.
3. After entries are imported in Sage Intacct, user can view the entries from application
4. The application allows user to edit the account no. and process the batch again (only bath which got failed to process).
5. Validate action validates the entries and Process action attempts to post the entries.
