Login Process
To use the GUMU™ cloud connector user needs to register to the GUMU™ website using below URL.
Registration process
If you do not have account, then register new using below steps.
User will open gumu.greytrix.com
Click on Login / Sign up
Click on Register
Steps to register new user.
Enter First Name, Last Name
Enter Email address, Company Name and Phone Number
Create a Password, Repeat Password Important Note: Rule - Password must be minimum 8 characters and should contain at least one small alphabet, one capital alphabet, one number and one special symbol.
Click on Terms to understand the privacy policy of a company
Tick the checkbox to agree those conditions
If all data entered is valid then Register button will enable and click the same to register the user
Select ‘I ACCEPT’ or ‘I DECLINE’ on the ‘Terms of Use’ page
On accepting the terms, a verification mail will be sent to the registered email id.
Go to the registered email and click on the verify link to activate your account
Click to proceed as shown below:
On this page, click on BACK TO LOGIN to redirect to login page Important Note: All fields are mandatory in the Registration process.
Account created successfully.
Login/Sign Up
Click Login/ Sign Up in the home page
User has 3 option to login
Google – Login with your google account
Okta – Login with your Okta account
GUMU™ Account
Follow below steps to Login with GUMU™ Account:
Enter the Username (User name used to register the user within registration process)
Enter Password
Click LOG IN.
Forgot Password
If the user forgets password for the GUMU™ account, user can click on the “Forgot Password” button in Login / Sign up.
This will lead you to the Reset Password screen as shown below.
Enter your registered email id, then click ‘SUBMIT’ button.
A password reset link will be sent to email mentioned above.
User will need to click on the link emailed on the above email address and Change the password as shown below. Create your new password and use this password to login to GUMU™ cloud account.
