Update Sage 100 Contact from Sage CRM

  1. Any changes to the person record will be updated in Sage 100 only if the person type is set to Sage 100. Refer the above screen shot.

  2. For detail fields that are changed from Sage CRM to Sage 100, refer the field mapping sheet.

  3. This screen will only effect the changes to person’s details like name, title etc. Any changes to address and phone/ email will be handled in the address screen and Phone/Email screen respectively.
