Endpoint Type 1: onlinefederation

Field	Description
Web Service URL	Web-service URL used by the MS Dynamics CRM in order to configure the Integration.
Endpoint Type:	select 'onlinefederation'
UserID	Enter Dynamic 365 CRM User ID
Password	Enter Dynamic 365 CRM password

Field	Description
Web Service URL	Dynamics CRM instance URL in order to configure the Integration. E.g. https://example.dynamics.com/ (example is the hostname).
Endpoint Type:	select 'applicationkey'
Client Secret value	Enter Client secret Key value.
Application ID	Enter Application (Client) ID.
