Creating a new additional address in Sage X3

To add an additional address from Sage CRM to Sage X3.

  1. Select the Customer for which you want to create an additional address.

  2. Go to Address Tab and click on the New button.

  3. Enter details into the below field for the address. This will be the customer’s Default address.

Select the Sage X3 address type. Please note that if the user does not select this Sage X3 type then that address will not be get created into Sage X3.

Similarly, if the user selects the Shipping address type then it gets promoted into Sage X3 as Shipping Address under Ship To Customer tab in Sage X3.
