Sage 100 Customers as Sage CRM Company

  1. On Sage CRM company summary screen we have created a new panel name ‘Sage 100 Data’. Here we are displaying all the Sage 100 Customer details such as Customer number, Company code, Status, etc. As shown in below screenshot. For field mapping, refer the Field mapping sheet.

2. The Primary Address in Sage 100 Customer Tab will appear as the default address for the Company in CRM and the address type will be set to Sage 100 as shown in the below screen shot.

Similarly, the Primary Person will appear as default person for the company with its type set to Sage 100. Refer the below screen shot.
