| **Field**                | **Description**                                                            |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Customer Category**    | It is the category of the customer used in X3.                             |
| **Customer Prefix Name** | It is the customer prefix name used in Sage X3 as Account no. in Dynamics. |
| **Contact** **Next No.** | Contact Next number is the number where account no starts with.            |
| **Current Fiscal Year**  | Current fiscal year is the year where the last updated.                    |
| **Quote Prefix Name:**   | It is the Quote prefix name used as Quote Id.                              |
| **Quote Next Number**    | Quote Next number is the number where Quote no starts with.                |
| **Misc. Product Code**   | It is the code used as product id.                                         |
| **Ship to Prefix**       | Ship to prefix name used while shipping.                                   |
| **Ship to Next Number**  | Ship to next number is where the number starts with.                       |
| **Tax Group Code**       | Tax group code used in Sage X3.                                            |
