2. Version Compatibility

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is currently compatible with the following versions of Sage CRM and Sage X3.

Sage CRM

  • Sage CRM (Version 7.2, 7.3,2017 R1/R2/R3, 2018 R1/R2/R3, 2019 R1, 2020 R1/R2, 2021 R1/R2 and 2022 R1/R2)

Sage X3

  • Sage X3 V6.5 (from P27), v7,v8, v9, v11 and v12

Note:

  • If you have versions that are compatible with the above, you can contact us at sage@greytrix.com.

  • Sage X3 Installation must include Account Receivable, Sales Orders, and Inventory Management for Customer Integration.
