QLE Enhancement

1. Sorting

The QLE screens now provide better features related to sorting data and Sage 100 product lookup. It Sorts data when clicked on Products or Code column.

2. QLE Advance Product Search

We have now added Advanced Product Search on chick of which user will be able to search for product code and product desc from the search and results will display all products that contains the searched keyword. This is similar to the Sage 100 lookup present on new line entry screen.

1. Number of Products: This Functionality makes the user able to decide the number of products to be displayed at a time in through Sage CRM translations. To change the number of products to be display at a time on QLE, user will have to navigate to Administration → Customization → Translations and find Caption code= SNoOfProducts as shown in below screenshot. You can increase or decrease the number of products to be displayed on depending on your system performance.

We have implemented the same functionality on QLE screen as well. Below are the Steps to add BOM items and Options through QLE screen:

1. Create a Quote/Order.

2. Click on QLE button present on Quote/Order screen.

3. Add a BOM item. Once the user selects a BOM item, the Add Options Green icon will be visible on New QLE Grid in for the added item.

4. Click on Add option green button. Once the user clicks on the Add option green button user will see all the options for the selected BOM item on a new popup.

5. User can a click on the magnifying glass icon to search the billing components for the selected BOM option and then can select the component and can save the options. Refer below screenshot for the same.
