Import Customers from Sage 100 to Sage CRM

Note: This is a onetime process when you start using the integration. Alternatively, you can use this option if you are importing bulk data in your Sage 100 system through an external source and then want this to be synched to Sage CRM.
You will be able to view the Import Customer option only if you have at least one Sage 100 company configured. This screen will allow you to import Sage 100 customers, their addresses and contacts into Sage CRM. The import procedure is explained in detail in the following section. You can refer the field and entity mappings excel provided along with the installation.
Select company from company block in Import customers tab.
There are 4 methods to import customers from Sage 100 to Sage CRM.
Customer Status
a. In Customer Status drop down field you need to select one of the status type. As shown in below image.
b. GUMU™ integration will now sync records from Sage 100 which have been added or updated as per the specified type
c. Click on the Sync button to sync records from Sage 100 to Sage CRM based on the type specified.
d. If there already exists a record in Sage CRM with the same customer number for a particular company then that record will be updated in Sync process.
e. View this customer Status for any customer in Company Summary screen under ERP Status field. Refer below screenshot.
You just have to click on sync which will sync all customers as per Customer Status.
You can select option -> Customer Added/Updated Since
a. You need to select a date by clicking on the calendar button. The single arrows on the extreme left and right will navigate through the months of the year and the double arrows will navigate through the years. Please refer the below image.
b. To select a particular date you need to click on the particular date cell and this date will be populated in the text box. See below image.
c. GUMU™ integration will now sync records from Sage 100 which have been added or updated on or after the specified date.
Note: The date displayed in the text-box would be in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
d. Click on the Sync button to sync records from Sage 100 to Sage CRM based on the date specified.
e. If there already exists a record in Sage CRM with the same customer number for a particular company then that record will be updated in Sync process.
From Customer and To Customer Number
a. For this option you need to specify the customer numbers with division number like “01-ABF” in the From and To boxes.
b. GUMU™ integration will sync the ‘customer number’ which is specified between ‘From’ and ‘To’ Customer.
c. Click on the Sync button to sync records from Sage 100 to Sage CRM based on the customer specified.
d. If there is a record in Sage CRM with the same customer number for a particular company then that record will be updated in Sync process.
