Routing

GUMU maps integration enables users to build routes as per their requirement for appointment visits or daily sales tasks with ease. By selecting any plotted account and choosing “Add to Route,” they can include multiple locations as waypoints. Once the desired stops are added, clicking the “Go” button displays the complete route instantly. User can also select multiple account records from grid view and can use Mass Actions button to add multiple locations in a route at once.

If needed, users can rearrange their route by simply dragging and dropping waypoints to align or to find the shortest route with the most convenient order. Once organized, they can click the final “Go” button to see their planned route.

Users can save their planned routes and assign them to themselves or any other Creatio User. Once route is assigned, User can view it using View Route button.
