Search and Visualize Creatio Account Records on Google Maps

On the GUMU Maps Home screen, a Menu button is located at the top-left corner. When clicked, it expands to display the following four feature options.

Search/Plot: View the required account locations and plan your routes

View Route: Pre-saved routes can be accessed on this screen.

User Mapping: Map the Creatio user against the logged-in BPortaly user

User Profile: Authenticates the Creatio user

1. Search/Plot

Users can search for desired Creatio account locations by clicking on the Search/Plot button and apply below mentioned filters:

Search Option: This filter allows users to search for account and prospect records based on various criteria such as location, region (state), drawing a selected area on the map, or using previously saved templates.

Distance: Users can set their current location and define a radius (in miles or kilometers) to view all account records within that range.

Select DataSource: These datasource options are nothing but the various filters defined within standard Accounts entity in Creatio. When a filter option is selected, all conditions defined in Creatio are automatically applied.

Once datasource is selected, click on Search button to plot Creatio Account records on the map.

These plotted account records can also be find in a grid view. For viewing the grid click on the “View Data” button located at the bottom of the screen. This provides a detailed list of all mapped records for quicker review.

Group By: Users can categorize or group account records according to attributes like industry or revenue. This makes it easier to analyze related accounts together and streamline data visualization on the map.

1. View Route

Users can click on the View Route button to view the planned routes they have previously saved or assigned to them. This allows users to access planned routes more quickly and efficiently.

1. User Mapping

System admin user can click on the User Mapping button to map BPortaly portal user with Creatio user within the system. Once mapped, all the records displayed in the GUMU maps are accessed using mapped user through Creatio Odata.

1. User Profile

User can click on the User Profile button to authenticate the Creatio user which will be used to access Creatio records in the GUMU maps. User displayed on this screen will be the Creatio user which is mapped against currently logged in BPortaly User. This creatio user will be used further for fetching creatio records accessible to him/her.
