Dashboard

The GUMU maps primary screen, i.e. dashboard screen displays a standard Google Map with Creatio accounts plotted at their respective addresses where Appoinments, Opportunities, Cases and Sales are located.

When a user clicks on any pinned account, the system shows its key details such as the account name, owner, status and more.

  1. Appoinments: Displays all account locations where tasks with category marked as Meeting have been assigned to the currently mapped Creatio user.

  2. Opportunities: Shows all account locations for which opportunities are created and assigned to the currently mapped Creatio user.

  3. Cases: User can view all account locations where cases have been created and assigned to the currently mapped Creatio user.

  4. Sales: Displays all account locations where sales have been successfully completed and assigned to the currently mapped Creatio user.

On the left side of the screen, there is an arrow button. Clicking it allows the user to further filter the plotted locations based on date and the status of Appointments, Opportunities, Cases and Sales.
