# Record Ownership Management

Users can change the owner of one or multiple records directly from the map interface to have workload balancing or prioritize high-value customers. For changing the owner of an account click on the respective plotted account record from the map and click on **Change Owner** option.

We have also provided an alternative option where user can also select multiple account records from grid view and can use **Mass Actions** button to assign multiple account records to a Creatio User.
