Record Ownership Management

Users can change the owner of one or multiple records directly from the map interface to have workload balancing or prioritize high-value customers. For changing the owner of an account click on the respective plotted account record from the map and click on Change Owner option.

We have also provided an alternative option where user can also select multiple account records from grid view and can use Mass Actions button to assign multiple account records to a Creatio User.
