Skill Sets

The Skill Set section within the Service Engineer profile allows administrators and dispatchers to record and maintain the technical competencies of each service engineer. This feature supports accurate job assignments by ensuring that only engineers with the required skill level are scheduled for relevant tasks.

Field List and Descriptions

Sr. No.	Field Name	Short Description
1	Service engineer	Look up to the service engineer against whom skill set is added.
2	Details	Display the elaborated description for the skill set.
3	Skill	Dropdown option to define the skill like AC fitting, AC general service etc.
4	Rating	Display the rating from 1-5 to determine how good the engineer is in defined skill.
