# Create AR Invoice from Sage CRM into Sage 100.

User can create AR invoice using only AR products from Sage CRM to Sage 100 from this same order screen. The only thing, which is different from Order creation is, for creating AR invoice, user will have to select Document type as Invoice.

To Promote the Invoices from Sage CRM to Sage 100 user will need to make sure that the below settings are applied

1. Create A/R Invoice check box should be checked which is present in the configuration page of Sage 100 configuration.
2. Promote AR Invoice checkbox should be checked which is present in the Security Matrix of Sage 100 configuration.

If both the above condition is satisfied then user can promote the AR Invoices in Sage 100 which would be similar to creating AR Invoice in Sage 100

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.greytrix.com/gumu-sage-crm-integration/sage-100/user-guide/customer-integration/create-ar-invoice-from-sage-crm-into-sage-100..md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
