New Chat, Recent Chats, and End Chat

The Co-Pilot menu provides controls for managing conversations. Click the three-dot menu in the Co-Pilot header to display the options.

Menu Option

Usage

New Chat

Starts a fresh conversation without continuing the current chat.

Recent Chats

Provides access to recent Co-Pilot conversations.

End Chat

Ends the current conversation.

· Use concise and specific prompts to improve the relevance of the response.

· Include the company, customer, opportunity, lead, or other record context when required.

· Use Quick Actions for commonly used, predefined operations.

· Use Insert Records when you need to create a supported CRM record from Co-Pilot.

· Use History to revisit earlier conversations.

· Use New Chat when starting a request that is unrelated to the current conversation.

· Always verify important CRM information before taking business action.

Support: If a prompt returns no results or an expected Quick Action is not available, verify the Co-Pilot configuration, Sage CRM permissions, and the data available to the current user.
