3\. Click the GUMU Co-Pilot icon to open the Co-Pilot panel.

4\. The Co-Pilot panel provides three main tabs: Chat, Quick Actions, and History.

| Tip: The available actions and the information returned by Co-Pilot depend on the configuration and permissions available in your Sage CRM environment. |

## 2. Chat

The Chat tab allows users to enter natural-language prompts and receive information from Sage CRM. You can ask Co-Pilot questions in plain language instead of navigating through multiple CRM screens.

· Click the Chat tab to start or continue a conversation.

· Enter your request in the Ask anything… field.

· Click the Send icon to submit the prompt.

· Review the response displayed in the conversation.

· If the result is not what you expected, refine the prompt and submit it again.

## 3. Using Chat Prompts

1\. Open the Chat tab.

2\. Click inside the Ask anything… field.

3\. Type the question or request in plain language.

4\. Click the Send icon.

5\. Wait for the response and review the returned CRM information.

6\. Use a follow-up prompt if you need additional details or a narrower result.

### Example conversation flow

· Prompt 1: “View opportunities assigned to me.”

· Review the returned opportunity information.

· Prompt 2: Ask a follow-up question to narrow the result or request additional information.

· Prompt 3: Ask another CRM-related question when the information is available through the configured Co-Pilot functionality.

| Important: A message such as “No results are available for your query” means that Co-Pilot did not find data for that request. Try adjusting the wording or asking another supported question. |
