# Configuring Sage CRM in Bportaly

Once the Sage CRM connector has been subscribed, it must be configured with the appropriate Sage CRM connection details.

#### Step 1: Navigate to the Sage CRM Configuration

In Bportaly:

1. Navigate to **GUMU™ Co-Pilot**.
2. Select **Subscribe**.
3. Select **Sage CRM**.
4. Locate the Sage CRM subscription.
5. Click **Configure**.

#### Step 2: Enter Sage CRM Connection Details

Enter the following information:

| Configuration       | Description                                                  | Example                                       |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------- |
| **Web Service URL** | URL used to access the Sage CRM Web Services/SData endpoint. | `http://192.168.0.160/sdata/crm2024j/sagecrm` |
| **User**            | Username of the Sage CRM application user.                   | `username`                                    |
| **Password**        | Password of the Sage CRM application user.                   | `password`                                    |

#### Web Service URL Format

The Web Service URL should follow this format:

```
http://<IP Address>/sdata/<CRM Instance>/sagecrm
```

For example:

```
http://192.168.0.160/sdata/crm2024j/sagecrm
```

Where:

* `<IP Address>` = IP address or hostname of the Sage CRM server.
* `<CRM Instance>` = Name of the Sage CRM instance.

#### Step 3: Test the Connection

After entering all the required details:

1. Verify the **Web Service URL**.
2. Verify the **Username**.
3. Verify the **Password**.
4. Click **Test Connection**.
