# Resource Planner – Communication Filter

The **Communication Filter** helps users display specific resources, communication types, and activities within the Resource Planner. A collection of filter options is available on the right-hand side of the Resource Planner screen, allowing users to quickly locate the required information.

#### Available Filters

The following filters are available in the Communication Filter panel:

* **Action** – Filters Resource Planner entries based on the communication action type. Examples of action types include **Meeting**, **Vacation**, **Demo**, and **To Do**.
* **Status** – Filters entries based on their current communication status.
* **Users** – A multi-select list that allows one or more Sage CRM users to be selected. The Resource Planner displays entries assigned to the selected users. The assigned user does not need to have access to Resource Planner.
* **Date / Time** – Filters Resource Planner entries for a specified date and time.
* **Filter Out Resources** – Excludes resources based on their assigned territories.

#### Applying Filters

To filter Resource Planner data:

1. Select the required filter criteria.
2. Click the **Filter** icon.

The Resource Planner refreshes and displays only the entries that match the selected filter criteria.

#### Email to Resources

The **Email to Resources** button allows users to send an email to all resources currently available within the Resource Planner.

This feature provides a convenient way to communicate with multiple resources directly from the Resource Planner interface.
