# Enable Users for Project Manager

After installing CRM Project Manager, the **Administrator** user is automatically enabled to use the Project Manager module. Additional users can be granted access according to your licensing by enabling them individually through User Administration.

#### To enable a user:

1. Log in to **Sage CRM** as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to **Administration → Users → Users**.

3. Select the required user and click **Change**.
4. Scroll to the **Project Manager Access** section.
5. Enable **Project Manager Access** for the user.

6. Click **Save**.

**Important**

You cannot enable more users than your licensed number of Project Manager users.

### Configure Project Manager Options

Project Manager can be configured to use either **Days** or **Hours** for task allocation, billing, and timesheet management.

To configure Project Manager:

1. Navigate to **Projects**.
2. Open **Administration**.
3. Select **Greytrix Products Configuration**.
4. Configure the required Project Manager settings.

The following options are available:

* **PM Billing Time** – Configure Project Manager to use **Hours** or **Days**.
* **Hours per Day** – Specify the number of working hours that make up a standard working day.

Once these settings have been configured, CRM Project Manager is ready to use.
