Event Screen
After an event is created, it is displayed as a standard CRM entity. The Event screen provides a summary of the event and includes several tabs for managing related information.
Event Summary
Displays the primary event information. Users can edit event details using the Change option or publish the event through the Actions section. Publishing allows the event to participate in CRM workflows, notifications, and email processes.

The top frame of the Event allows you to see all immediate details in summary about the Event.

Sub Event
Allows an event to be associated as a subset of another event, enabling multiple related events to be grouped together.
Equipment
Used to record equipment and other expense items associated with the event.

Equipment costs are reflected in the Event Summary and Budget Chart.

Attendance
Used to manage attendees for the event. Attendees can be added, removed, or assigned a status of Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled.
Companies
Associates company records, such as suppliers or partner organizations, with the event. Existing companies can be linked, or new company records can be created.
People
Associates person records with the event by linking existing contacts or creating new ones.
Cases
Records and manages cases related to the event using standard Sage CRM functionality.
Communications
Provides a centralized location to record communications and tasks related to the event.
Opportunities
Tracks sales opportunities generated from the event.
Leads
Stores leads created as a result of the event.
Documents
Stores and manages documents related to the event.
Projects
Links projects from the Greytrix Business Manager suite to the event.
Budgets
Links budgets from the Greytrix Business Manager suite to the event.
Contract
Links contracts from the Greytrix Business Manager suite to the event.
Finally, CRM Event Manager is completely integrated into Sage CRM so that all the benefits of CRM including designs of user interface, customisation of fields, searching, reporting and document management are available to you. So for example, if you wish to run reports against Events you can do so through the Top Menu à Reports
