# Enable Users for Event Manager
After completing the installation of CRM Event Manager, the Administrator user is automatically enabled to use the Event Manager suite. Based on your licensing, additional users can be granted access by enabling them individually in User Administration.
To enable a user:
1. Log in to Sage CRM as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to **Administration → Users → Users.**
3. Select the required user and click Change.
4. Scroll to the Event Manager Access section.
5. Enable Event Manager Access for the user.
6. Save the changes.
**Note**
After enabling Event Manager Access, you must also grant the required permissions under the Security section of the user's account. The user should have the appropriate **View**, **Insert**, **Update**, and **Delete** permissions as required.
**Important**
You cannot enable more users than your licensed number of Event Manager users.
