# Changing the Amount on Budget, Budget Line, and Drawdown

Greytrix Budget Planner provides a simple way to modify the allocated amounts associated with a **Budget**, **Budget Line Item**, or **Drawdown**.

#### Changing Budget and Budget Line Amounts

To modify the allocated amount of a **Budget** or **Budget Line Item**:

1. Open the required **Budget Summary** or **Budget Line Summary** screen.
2. Click the **Change** option.
3. Update the required amount values.
4. Save the changes.

The updated values will be reflected in the respective Budget or Budget Line records.

#### Changing Drawdown Amounts

For **Drawdowns**, only the associated currency value can be modified.

To change a Drawdown amount:

1. Open the required **Drawdown** record.
2. Access the approval workflow.
3. Modify the amount value on the confirmation screen.
4. Save the changes.

**Note:**

* Drawdowns that have already been **approved cannot be modified**.
* Changes can only be made to Drawdowns that are still pending approval.
