# Dynamics 365 CRM

***Why this is needed?***\
On the GUMU™ cloud portal, Dynamics 365 CRM acts as a Target as well as a source.

**Steps to Login Dynamics:**

***How this is done?***\
Login to Dynamics. Go to the home page where a list of integrations is available. Currently, integration is already setup for Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Click on the desired integration from the list, which will launch the dashboard for the selected integration.

**Important Note:**\
The UserID mentioned in the connection setting for Dynamic 365 in GUMU™ Portal should be a separate independent user of Dynamic 365 and should not be used for manually data entry in MS Dynamics CRM. The data entry done by this user will be ignored by the integration program and will not integrate to ERP.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.greytrix.com/pre-requisites-for-integrations/dynamics-365-crm.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
