# Integrating Orders from WooCommerce to Sage X3

### **Process of Integrating WooCommerce Orders into Sage X3**

#### <mark style="color:$danger;">**Steps to Create a New Order in WooCommerce:**</mark>

1\.       **Click on "Add New Order"**

2\.       **Set the Order Status** to **"Processing"**

3\.       **Select the Customer** from the list

4\.       **Add the Item(s)** to the order

5\.       Click on **"Recalculate"** to update totals

6\.       Click **"Create"** to finalize the order

7\.       A unique **Order ID** will be generated upon successful creation

#### <mark style="color:$danger;">**Steps to start the GUMU Process to integrate orders from WooCommerce to Sage X3:**</mark>

1. [**Log in** to your **BPortaly GUMU**](https://docs.greytrix.com/gumu-cloud-integrations-by-bportaly/login-process#login-sign-up) account.
2. Go to the **App Store** and select the **GUMU** app.
3. Navigate to the **Connectors** section within the Migrator app.
4. Click on the **“View More”** button for the relevant connector.

5. Click the **“Start”** button to initiate the order integration process.

6. **You can verify whether the order has been integrated by checking the** [**GUMU Logs**](https://docs.greytrix.com/gumu-cloud-integrations-by-bportaly/logs)**:**

&#x20;            1\. Use INFO logs to confirm successful integration.

&#x20;            2\. Use ERROR logs to identify any issues or failures during the process.

7. Log in to your **Sage X3** system and use the **Order ID** from the GUMU log to verify whether the order has been fully integrated.
