Release Notes
This page provides information about the new features, enhancements, and issues addressed in the GUMU™ for Sage CRM - Sage Intacct Integration.
GUMU v2.0 (released July 2024)
Features and Enhancements
Quick Line Entry (QLE)
We have introduced the Quick Line Entry (QLE) feature in the GUMU™ integration—designed to make order and quote creation faster, smoother, and more intuitive. With QLE, users can add multiple line items from a single streamlined window, helping reduce manual work and speed up the entire process. For more details on this feature, please refer to the following link: Quick Line entry screen.
Integrated Order transaction types
We have integrated the Transaction Type field on the Order Promotion process. Users can now choose from various transaction types—such as Sales Order, Sales Quote, or Sales Invoice—as defined in the integrated Sage Intacct company code. The order will then be promoted to the corresponding selected transaction type within Sage Intacct.
Auto Sync Customers, Vendors and Custom fields
We have added three Windows Scheduler batch files to our standard GUMU product. These batch files can be used to synchronize newly created or updated customer and vendor records by running them as part of a daily scheduled task in Windows Scheduler, typically during nightly processing. For more details on this feature, please refer to the following link: Auto sync functionality.
GUMU Compatibility with CRM version 2024
We have made necessary compatibility changes to GUMU to fully support Sage CRM v2024, maintaining stability and performance across the integration.

GUMU v1.2(released October 2023)
Features and Enhancements
Import and Promote vendor functionality
Import, insert, and update vendors from Sage Intacct into Sage CRM
We have introduced the ability to import, insert, and update vendors from Sage Intacct into Sage CRM using the Import Vendor routine. This ensures that Sage CRM always reflects accurate and up-to-date vendor information from Intacct.
Promote and manage vendors from Sage CRM to Sage Intacct
Users can also promote vendors, manage their additional contacts, and update vendor records in real time from Sage CRM into Sage Intacct. For more details on this feature, please refer to the blog link: Managing Vendors
Sage Intacct Panel
A new Sage Intacct panel has been added to the Company Summary screen. This panel appears when a Sage CRM company (customer) has been promoted to Sage Intacct. This panel displays key ERP customer information, including sales details such as the last invoice date, last sales order date, total outstanding sales and more.
Charts & Dashboards
We have added ERP charts and dashboard graphical user interfaces in Sage CRM to provide key metrics and insights on customer sales. These dashboards allow users to quickly access high-level, visual sales analyses. The sales data on this dashboard is displayed in real time at both global and individual company levels directly from Sage Intacct.
View ERP Data
The GUMU information screens, including AR Inquiry and Order Inquiry, have been consolidated into a single tab titled "View ERP Data". This enhancement streamlines navigation and provides centralized access to ERP-related information. The tab displays AR invoices, sales orders, and Sage Intacct sales analysis charts in real time.
Display Vendor Information
We have added AP Bills, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Invoices tabs within the Vendor Company context. This enhancement allows users to easily access, track, and analyze ERP vendor sales data directly within Sage CRM.
User permission Setting
We have added new columns in the User Permission settings for vendors, allowing administrators to control view and access rights for users on vendor-related information such as AP Bills, Purchase Orders, Vendor Invoices, and more.
Customer additional contact
Users can now promote or update additional customer contacts directly from Sage CRM to Sage Intacct. This ensures that all customer contact information remains consistent and up-to-date across both CRM and ERP systems.
