Integrating Orders from Amazon to Sage 300c

Create new Order into your Amazon account

Steps to start the GUMU Process to integrate Orders from Amazon to Sage 300c:

1. Log in to your BPortaly GUMU account.

2. Go to the App Store and select the GUMU app.

3. Navigate to the Connectors section within the GUMU app.

4. Click on the “View More” button for the relevant connector.

1. Click the “Start” button to initiate the order integration process.

1. You can verify whether the order has been integrated by checking the GUMU Logs:

1. Use INFO logs to confirm successful integration.

2. Use ERROR logs to identify any issues or failures during the process.

1. Log in to your Sage 300c system and use the Order ID from the GUMU log to verify whether the order has been fully integrated.
