Per the schedule, the first 10k/month calls are free. If the integration works under that limit, then the customer will not be charged. If they exceed 50k/month, then not only will you be charged the connection fee (the integration from our client\_id calling the unique customer instance - $100/month), but also an overage cost (starting on Jan 1, 2021) of $1 per 5,000 additional calls
