# Rent Manager Payments

Sync Payments from Rent Manager to Sage Intacct

Payments recorded in Rent Manager will be imported as Other Receipts in Sage Intacct. These Receipts created in Sage Intacct will not be associated to any customer but the name of the customer (from Rent Manager) will be mapped to Payer so that each payment can be tracked.

In Sage Intacct; Receipts would be accumulated into undeposited fund account and using the deposit information from Rent Manager; multiple receipts would be consolidated and deposited into bank account.
