Order Creation and Promotion
To promote the Order into Acumatica ERP, navigate to the GUMU™ Integration’s Orders tab.
Here we can select the Salesforce Order, set the Order Due date, and use the Promote Order button at the top right of the screen.
Once you click on the Order Number from the Order’s Tab which has been generated from the Quote, make sure you enter the Order End Date before promoting the Order.
Once you click on the “Promote Order” button, an ERP Sales Order Number will be generated, to view the Order in Sage copy the “ERP Order Number” field data.
To verify if the order has been promoted to Acumatica, go to the Sales Orders tab and search using the ERP Order number generated in Salesforce. The order details will then be displayed, as shown in the image below.
