Promotion

This feature allows the transfer of account records from a Creatio system to Sage Intacct. Once an account is promoted, any subsequent updates to that account in the Creatio CRM are automatically synced and reflected in Sage Intacct. This seamless integration ensures that the financial system remains up to date with the latest customer information. The promotion process can be initiated by clicking the "Promote" button on the account page, streamlining the workflow for users and maintaining data integrity across the organization.

The mappings will be stored in the GUMU middleware. If there are any changes to the mappings, customers can either update them directly in the GUMU middleware or request assistance from our team to implement the update.
