# Login Process
### **Registration Process**
1\. If you don’t have an account, please follow the steps below to register:
2\. Go to: [**https://apps.bportaly.com**](https://apps.bportaly.com/)
3\. Click on **Sign up now.**
4\. Fill in your **Company Name** (Note: Must be at least 6 characters).
5\. Enter your **First Name** and **Last Name**.
6\. Select your **Country** from the dropdown.
7\. Enter your **Phone Number**.
8\. Provide a valid **Email Address** and click **Send Verification Code**.
9\. Enter the Verification Code received via email and **click Verify Code**.
10\. Upon successful verification, the Create button will become visible.
11\. Set your **New Password** and **Confirm Password.**
Note- Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters, including at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.
12\. **Review** the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
13\. **Tick** the checkbox to agree to the terms.
14\. Click **Create** to complete your registration on BPORTALY.
17\. You will then be redirected to the Create **Organization page**.
18\. Enter your **Organization Name** and **Domain Name** (Note: Domain name must be in lowercase).
19\. Click **Continue** to complete the process
Important: All fields are mandatory during the registration process.
#### Login/Sign Up
* Click on [Login / Sign Up](https://apps.bportaly.com/) from the homepage.
* To log in using your GUMUTM Account, follow these steps:
1. Enter the **Email Address** used during the registration process.
2\. Enter your **Password**.
3\. Click on **Sign In** to access your account.
#### Forgot Password
If the user forgets password for the GUMU™ account, user can click on the “Forgot Password” button in [Login / Sign up](https://apps.bportaly.com/).
This will lead you to the Reset Password screen as shown below.
Enter your registered email id used to registered the account, then click ‘**Send Veification code’** button.
A verification code will be sent to email mentioned above.
User will need to enter the code emailed on the mentioned email address and click on **Verify Code** button
Once the verification Complete a pop-up window will come as shown above, the need to click **Continue**
Change the password as shown below.\
Create your new password and Confirm your Password and click Continue you will Login into your Account.
