# BPortaly Portal Side Configuration
#### **Sign up with a BPortaly user account:**
1. Access the BPortaly portal URL: and click on ‘*Sign up now*’
2. Enter your required details like Company Name, First Name, Last Name, etc. and verify the user by entering the verification code sent to your registered email address
3. Now, enter the organization name and your domain, then click on continue. The user will be created and logged in successfully.

4\. On the portal homepage, navigate through the list of applications and subscribe to the applications named **GUMU** and **GMAP**.
5. Next, in the top-left section, select the **GUMU** app 🡪 **Home** 🡪 **Navigate** to the **Connectors** section
6. Search for **GUMU maps for Creatio CRM Integration** product and subscribe to it. Once subscribed, it will get added to **My Connector** Section
7. Go to **My Connectors** section and click on **View More** button as shown below.
8. Click on the **settings gear** icon of **Creatio** CRM plugin as shown below and enter the connection information below and click on **Test connection.**
* **Domain URL:** Enter your Creatio URL
* **User ID:** Enter your Creatio admin-level user account name
* **Password:** Enter your password for the above Creatio user
9. Go to **My Connectors** section and click on **View More** button as shown in #7 above and click on the **settings gear** icon of **Google Map** plugin as shown below and enter your Portal user name through which you are logged into portal and click on **Test connection.**
10. Once the Test connection is successful for both plugin in above #8 and #9 setup above, please share the details below at so we can enable/activate the account at our end.
1. Your Creatio URL with which you want to integrate
2. BPortaly Username
3. BPortaly password
4. BPortaly user’s Organization Name
11. Once you get confirmation from our team regarding user Activation, login to Creatio, Portal and do user mapping between all Creatio CRM user and Portal user as shown below. This should be one to one mapping. Once this is done you can go ahead and can start using the app.
