The Freight Information section provides details about how the requested products will be shipped or transported to the required location. This information helps logistics, warehouse staff, and technicians understand the delivery method and timeline associated with the requested items.

Field List and Descriptions

1	Freight number	A unique auto generated number for freight record.
2	Product requested	Lookup field to link freight to parent product request.
3	Job	Lookup field to link freight to job.
4	Status	Status of product requested such as draft, received and submitted.
5	Expected delivery Date	The Expected Date indicates the date by which the requested part is expected to be available, delivered, or ready for use on the job.
6	Tracking number	The Tracking Number field records the shipment tracking identifier provided by the courier or shipping service.
7	Ship to address	The Ship to Address field specifies the location where the requested part should be delivered. This may be the job site, a technician’s location, a customer address, or a warehouse.
8	Tracking URL	The Tracking URL field stores the web link provided by the courier or shipping service that allows users to directly view the shipment’s status online.
9	Return order	Lookup field to link return order record to freight.
