# Training History

The Training History tab provides a consolidated view of all training activities completed by a field technician or user. This section helps managers and technicians track skills, certifications, and compliance requirements.

**Purpose**

• View all complete training courses and assessments\
• Verify technician qualifications before assigning jobs\
• Track renewal dates for mandatory certifications\
• Monitor individual and team skill development
